Rubber Expert specializes in the sale of rubber flooring solutions and rubber mats. We strive to provide essential information about our products and services on our website, including features, descriptions, specifications and pricing. However, we do not guaranty the complete accuracy of this information at all times, but we regularly conduct audits to make the necessary revisions. The colors of products may vary slightly from what you seen on your screen due to monitor settings.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Rubber Expert and is protected by copyright laws. 

Warranty Coverage

We are confident in the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service. This warranty policy outlines the process of submitting a claim and what may be covered.

Rubber Expert offers a limited warranty on all rubber mats and flooring solutions purchased directly from our website or store. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for a period of 1-5 years (from date of purchase), depending on the particular product.

Making Warranty a Claim

If an item is defective, please bring it back to us within the eligible period for a claim. The original invoice must also be presented at the time of a claim. Rubber Expert will assess and evaluate the situation to make sure that the item is defective and not improperly handled or misused.

Please note that Rubber Expert is a distributor and retailer of high-impact flooring solutions. We rely on our manufacturing partners to uphold the warranty aspect of the service should the need arise. Rubber Expert will facilitate the administration portion of the service where it is necessary to do so.

If the issues is deemed to be a manufacturing defect or workmanship problem, Rubber Expert will fulfill the warranty by providing a replacement product which is the same as the original product or a similar product if the original product is no longer available.

Items covered

The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes the following items:

  • Cracking, peeling, or degradation of the product
  • Uneven wear, not resulting from misuse
  • Warping of material

Exemptions of coverage include but are not limited to the following items:

  • Improper install
  • Accidents
  • Incorrect cleaning treatments (i.e. harsh chemicals)
  • Acts of nature, such as floods
  • Normal wear and tear

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Outside Calgary and Area

If a shipped item arrives and appears to be damaged, please contact us at info@rubberexpert.ca. 

Liability

our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defect product. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

Rubber Expert reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website.
